From concept to installation
Every project is different, but our process is designed to keep things simple, clear and straightforward from the start.
Whether you already know exactly what you want or are still exploring ideas, we’ll guide you through each stage and work with you to create a bespoke solution for your home.
How it works

Get In Touch
The first step is simply to get in touch and tell us a little about your project.
You can contact us by phone, email or through our enquiry form. At this stage, it helps to include some basic information about what you’re looking for and where the project is located.

Rough Estimate
Before arranging a site visit, we can often provide an initial rough estimate to help you understand whether the project is likely to sit within your expected budget.
The more information you can provide, the better. Useful details include approximate measurements, photos of the space, an idea of what you would like us to make, and any inspiration images or examples you like.
This initial estimate is intended as a guide rather than a final quotation.

Site Visit & Initial Deposit
If the initial estimate works for you, we’ll arrange a site visit to take accurate measurements, assess the space and discuss your requirements in more detail.
Once you’re happy to proceed, a 50% deposit is required before the design process begins.

Design & Sign-Off
We’ll develop the design around your space, requirements and preferences, including materials, finishes, storage, layouts and any specific details you would like included.
Once the final design has been agreed and signed off, we’ll confirm everything before moving into production.

Manufacturing
Following design sign-off, a further 30% payment is required to secure the manufacturing stage.
Your bespoke furniture will then be prepared and manufactured specifically for your home and requirements.

Installation
When everything is ready, we’ll arrange a suitable installation date.
Your furniture will be professionally fitted in your home, with care taken throughout the installation process to achieve a clean and high-quality finish.

Completion & Final Payment
Once installation is complete, we’ll carry out final checks and make sure everything is finished as it should be.
The remaining 20% balance is then due on completion, leaving you with bespoke furniture designed around your space, requirements and home.
